The effect of "Sacred Sombres" can only be used once per turn. During the Main Phase 1 of the turn you used that effect you can activate this effect. Normal Summon 1 "Sacred" Monster from your hand. Also, once during the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, you can Advance Summon 1 "Sacred" Monster with 1 Release less than necessary.
