Esta carta não pode ser Special Summoned exceto por Fusion Summon. Quando esta carta é Summoned, corte pela metade o ATK e DEF de todos os monstros virados para cima que seu oponente controla.

Das cartas que vão vir para o TCG, esta com certeza é a melhor, depois vem a Overpowering Eyes, que pode ser util junto ao Vampire Lord, que por sua vez é fácil de ser buscado no deck pelo Pyramid Turtle.

Pra quem não sabe, o Elemental Hero Great Tornado vai reforçar os deck Gemini City. Esta carta serve para não inutilizar o Elemental Hero Stratos depois que seu efeito já foi ativado, ou depois que ele for para cemitério, facilitando assim o efeito da Miracle Fusion.
